An Iraqi child was killed and five US soldiers were wounded when a parked car exploded in central Baghdad as a US military convoy drove by, Iraqi and American officers said. Five US soldiers were wounded.
US soldiers immediately sealed off the area. They briefly seized the camera of an AFP photographer and arrested at least 10 people, whom they took away with their hands tied behind their backs.
